How to Make Red, White, & Blue Cracker Toffee: An Easy Patriotic Dessert!

The first step is to take a large sheet pan and cover it using aluminum foil, cooking spray, or a silicone baking mat. (I like this Silicone Baking Mat in my kitchen which makes cleaning up a breeze!)

The second step is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then spread a single layer of one sleeve of saltine crackers until the sheet pan is full.

Next, you will add the butter and brown sugar to a medium-sized pot and bring to a boil on medium heat. When the mixture begins boiling, continue stirring to prevent burning. Boil for 3 minutes or until it reaches 280 degrees if you’re using a digital thermometer.
